Ryan’s passion is using his creativity to inspire and motivate people to take action in an effort to make positive change in the world. He is currently the Head of Creative and Marketing for Upquest Leadership. Upquest is on a mission to teach leaders how to navigate common workplace challenges and drive a positive company culture.

Ryan has spent time living, working, and traveling in 30+ countries around the world. In 2009, Ryan founded Ryan Little Media, making promotional and inspirational videos for nonprofit and for-profit companies throughout the Bay Area.

In 2010 he lived in Liberia where he filmed a short documentary film, Eco Snapshot: Liberia that was accepted into the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. From 2012 to 2018 Ryan was the Video Producer at global microfinance nonprofit organization Kiva.org. At Kiva he was responsible for scriptwriting, storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing and developing Kiva’s video strategy. As a key player on the marketing team at Kiva, Ryan also helped craft Kiva's overall marketing strategy, particularly around bigger marketing campaigns. After Kiva, he joined the marketing team at Aura. Aura offered starter lines of credit to the 66 million unbanked and under-banked hardworking people in the U.S. In 2022 Ryan joined Upquest Leadership as the Head of Creative and Marketing.
